Which Gemm account type is right for me?

We offer several different account types to our customers, and we're more than happy to help make sure you sign up as the right one for your transacting needs.

  • Company: a company account is the perfect fit for anyone who is a registered business (e.g. LLC, S Corp) and has a business checking account. If you meet these two simple criteria, you probably should sign up as this user type, as it grants access to all features within the Gemm ecosystem and raises your activity limits to the max.
  • Creator: a creator account is great for non-incorporated creators whose main focus is on getting paid. The onboarding process is as smooth as it gets, with minimal documentation requirements.
  • Manager: a manager account is ideal for those who have email accounts associated with agencies and who help organize creators to deliver on successful deals.
What are my account limits and how are they applied?

At Gemm, we're always trying to push the limits of what's possible. That being said, at this time there are hard limits on activities on the platform, just as there are on any platform involving fund movement. For now.

It's simple: we try our hardest to make your payment flows work for you, not the other way around. So if you hit your limit, payouts continue flowing, just automatically broken up into compliant chunks.

We're never more than one email away, and we really care about what you think. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@gemm.app with any and all questions.
