    • Ability to access and view PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader);
    • Sufficient electronic storage capacity or a printer to retain a copy of Communications.

  3. Withdrawing Consent

    You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by contacting us at info@gemm.app. Note that doing so may impact your ability to use certain Services, and we reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to Gemm if you cannot receive required communications electronically.

  4. Requesting Paper Copies

    You may request paper copies of Communications within 180 days of the original delivery date by contacting us at info@gemm.app. A records request fee may apply. We may require a current, valid mailing address in order to fulfill your request.

  5. Keeping Your Contact Information Updated

    It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address and other contact information up to date in your Gemm account settings. If Communications are returned or undeliverable due to outdated or incorrect contact details, we will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.

    Please ensure that your spam filters allow messages from Gemm. If your email becomes invalid or bounces, we may treat your account as inactive until valid contact information is provided.

  6. Security Notice

    Gemm will never request your password or login credentials via email, phone, or other unsolicited communications. If you suspect phishing or fraudulent messages, please contact info@gemm.app. immediately and avoid clicking on suspicious links.
